Such a lovely jewellery shop. I went in simply for a new battery for my watch. All done quickly. The staff were friendly to. First class.

My Automatic watch was gaining time. I rang M&M asking how much & how long. Reasonably costs & two to four weeks. Four weeks later rang the shop asking were is my watch. Spoke with a gentleman. He said they would call me as soon as the watch was back from repair. Two weeks later still no phone call. So I rang, a lady answered and I said need my watch as I was going on holiday the end of that particular week. "On Friday" 12 /7 2024. you have had my watch six weeks after telling me two to four weeks. Her Ripley was it has only been five weeks. I said no it has been six weeks get it right and check your diary. She said yes you are correct it has been six weeks. Then I was told they would speak to the person who was repairing my watch so it can be returned to the shop ASAP. Then get back to me for an update. Got a call back the same day saying the the gentleman who does the repairs is very sorry for the delay. And that he his usually very reliable and that the watch will be back at the shop no later them 1pm on Thursday. We will call you as soon as we have the watch. I said when you give an approximate time I expect you to keep as in this case two to four weeks plenty of time before my holiday. The original costs was £80 So I said you don't expect me to pay the full amount because of the inconvenience & stress so the lady said we will take 10% off the bill. I said that is an insult and we can discuss it when I come to the shop. On the Thursday morning I was called I said what are you doing about the inconvenience and stress. The lady said I can only do £10 off I said OK. Let me finish by saying my watch is keeping excellent time.

No thank you I'll never come to your shop again as I saw you did it to the lady in front of me too, you ripped her of and myself with expensive shoddy repairs, you could see I wasn't happy but only after a bad review you'd like to rectify the bad workmanship, also I find you all snooty

Took 2 pieces of jewellery in for repair. Great customer service with a long consultation about my options for repairs.
They can also fit watch batteries very quickly while you wait if there are not too many other customers. Plus there is a huge range of tempting unusual jewellery for everyone's price range

It is always a pleasure to visit M&M Jewellers, the staff are always attentative to your needs and nothing is to much trouble for them, They are a family business and they go that extra mile to be friendly and helpful, and have a good after sales outlook as well.

Absolutely fantastic. I have been shopping at M&M for years and have always been able to find something there. Their range of jewellery is extensive and the new shop allows more room to browse. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and I would go to them first with any jewellery requirements.
